Today I tried the tool Zoomcreator from Zoomorama. It is quite easy to create a photo-album but the options for the settings are only a few. The main range of the application is to zoom into some pictures - there are no more functions.

Here is the result: testing at zoomorama

With Deep Zoom Composer it is the same. Both tools end up with an equal effect, even the way to create a file is similar. But with Deep Zoom Composer you have the option to embed the technology of zooming into the pictures into the Silverlight software. Microsoft Silverlight is ment to be an alternative for Adobe Flash. It is a web-presentation-technology with XAML (Extensible Application Markup Language) as the basis for programming. A disadvantage is that you have to install Microsoft NET.Framework accessorily and for you browser also the Silverlight Plugin. In addition Silverlight is not that common as Flash is right now.
